1. Identity and contact details of the controller

The data controller is Balazs E. B. Robert PFA, trading as WanderFrame Studios (“WFS”), with its registered office at București, Sector 1, Bd. Bucureștii Noi nr. 136, parter, ap. 5, CUI 51170492. 2. Categories of data processed

WFS processes the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, address, company identification details and, optionally, the series and number of the identity card.
  • Billing and payment data: amounts, payment dates and the account details required for invoicing.
  • Photographs and video material in which the data subject, or property belonging to the data subject, appears.
  • Communications: messages exchanged with WFS by email, telephone or social media.
  • Technical data, generated when the online delivery gallery is used (for example, IP address and access logs).

3. Purposes of processing and legal bases

4. Recipients of the data

WFS does not sell personal data. Personal data may be disclosed solely to:

  • cloud service providers, for storage and for hosting the website and the delivery gallery;
  • providers of email, productivity and client management tools;
  • accounting services;
  • public authorities, where required by law;
  • the client for whom the content was produced, in the case of persons who sign an image release.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Certain providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are carried out only with safeguards approved by the European Union (adequacy decisions, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention periods

  • Delivery gallery: 60 days from publication.
  • Archive of final files: 6 months from delivery.
  • Contracts and invoices: for the period required by Romanian accounting and tax legislation.
  • Portfolio material showing people: until consent is withdrawn.
  • Communications and contact details: for the duration of the collaboration and up to 3 years after its termination (general limitation period).

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. The data subject may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Requests may be addressed to info@wanderframestudios.com, and WFS will reply within 30 days at the latest.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Automated decision-making

WFS does not take decisions based solely on automated processing and does not carry out profiling.
